      On page 99, after line 15, insert:

      "(9) $66,000 of the general fund--state appropriation is provided solely to enhance the operations of the organized crime intelligence unit."

EFFECT:  Redirects $66,000 added in the supplemental budget for increased executive protection travel by the State Patrol to the organized crime intelligence unit.  Does not change agency funding level.
