AN ACT Relating to the repeal of RCW 11.92.095; repealing RCW 11.92.095; providing an effective date; and declaring an emergency.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. RCW 11.92.095 and 1990 c 122 s 22 are each repealed.
NEW SECTION. Sec. 2. This act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, or safety, or support of the state government and its existing public institutions, and shall take effect July 28, 1991.
