     AN ACT Relating to removing the termination provisions for the regulation of counselors; and repealing RCW 18.19.910 and 18.19.911.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.      The following acts or parts of acts are each repealed:

     (1) RCW 18.19.910 and 1990 c 297 s 13 & 1987 c 512 s 25; and

     (2) RCW 18.19.911 and 1990 c 297 s 14 & 1987 c 512 s 26.
