     AN ACT Relating to child care; and adding a new section to chapter 74.15 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 74.15 RCW to read as follows:

     No child day-care facility, including, but not limited to, day-care centers and family day-care homes, shall refuse to admit or enroll a child or provide care for an admitted or enrolled child because the parent furnishes or authorizes the use of reusable diapers for use by, or on, the child.
