AN ACT Relating to boundary review boards; and adding a new section to chapter 36.93 RCW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 36.93 RCW to read as follows:
The decisions of a boundary review board shall be consistent with actions taken by a county, city, or town under the requirements of chapter 36.70A RCW.
