AN ACT Relating to prohibiting the duplication of mitigation for the same system improvements; and adding a new section to chapter 82.02 RCW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 82.02 RCW to read as follows:
No mitigation may be imposed under chapter 43.21C RCW for the same system improvements for which a fee has been imposed under this chapter nor may impact fees be imposed under this chapter for the same system improvements that have been mitigated under chapter 43.21C RCW.
