     AN ACT Relating to minimum health and safety requirements in mobile home parks; and adding a new section to chapter 59.20 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 59.20 RCW to read as follows:

     The department of health shall meet with the office of mobile home affairs within the department of community development, the department of ecology, representatives of mobile home park owners, representatives of mobile home owners, and representatives of local health officers to develop minimum procedures for responding to complaints about health and sanitation in mobile home parks.  The department of health shall report its findings to the legislature by January 1, 1993.
