     AN ACT Relating to sexually violent predators; and adding a new section to chapter 71.09 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 71.09 RCW to read as follows:

     Beginning July 1, 1992, when a sexually violent predator who has been released back into the community on parole refuses to undergo treatment for the cure of sexually violent offenders, the person may be reincarcerated until he or she successfully completes a program for the treatment of sexually violent offenders.
