     AN ACT Relating to official misrepresentation; and adding a new section to chapter 42.20 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 42.20 RCW to read as follows:

     No public official holding a management position in a state agency shall misrepresent the typical, current, day-to-day operations of a state facility to public officials of the federal, state, or local governments in conjunction with an inspection of the facility.
