     AN ACT Relating to school construction; and adding a new section to chapter 82.32 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 82.32 RCW to read as follows:

     The department shall deposit into the common school construction fund all moneys collected under chapters 82.08 and 82.12 RCW from out-of-state sellers on sales to persons or entities in this state through direct mail advertising, unsolicited distribution of catalogues, computer-assisted shopping, telephone, television, radio or other electronic media, or magazine, newspaper, or other print media advertisements.
