     AN ACT Relating to the repeal of RCW 11.92.095; and repealing RCW 11.92.095.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

 

     NEW SECTION.  Sec. 1.      RCW 11.92.095 and 1990 c 122 s 22 are each repealed.


     Passed the Senate March 7, 1992.
