HB 1206 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

      Provides a procedure for a worker, beneficiary, or other affected person to have the right to contest an order assessing an overpayment.

      Provides for a notice and order to withhold and deliver property that is due and owing to a worker or beneficiary.

      Provides for default judgments.

      Authorizes a lump sum payment of twenty-four times the monthly compensation rate in certain situations.

      Repeals RCW 51.16.115.
