      Provides that acupuncture includes dietary advice based on traditional Oriental medical theory.

      Repeals RCW 18.06.910, 18.06.911, 18.06.030, and 18.06.040.

      Clarifies the types of practice which are not prohibited by chapter 18.06 RCW.

      Provides for the issuance of an inactive certificate.
