      Defines terms.

      Provides that an anatomical gift may be made by a document of gift signed by the donor and provides alternative procedures when the donor cannot sign.

      Provides for amendment or revocation of the gift.

      Requires hospitals to inquire if a patient is a donor at the time of admission.

      Establishes procedures for determining if an individual has made a document of gift.

      Specifies the approved donees of anatomical gifts.

      Repeals provisions in chapter 68.50 RCW, Human Remains.
