      Establishes provisions governing the formation and construction of lease contracts.

      Designates the effect of lease contracts, including the rights of lessors and lessees.

      Designates priorities for liens on goods appurtenant to leases.

      Designates requirements for the performance of lease contracts.

      Provides default remedies for lessors and lessees.

      Provides that the act shall constitute a new Article in Title 62A RCW.

      Takes effect July 1, 1993.
