      Repeals provisions in chapter 51.14 RCW.

      Repeals RCW 51.32.190, 51.32.195, 51.32.200, 51.36.085, 51.44.140, 51.44.150, 51.48.017, and 51.48.110.

      Takes effect July 1, 1992.
