HB 2250 - DIGEST

      Prohibits organizations, other than bona fide political parties, from making or receiving political contributions in specified situations.

      Provides that a candidate may not make loans to his or her political committee or be reimbursed for making contributions to the committee.

      Revises procedures for disposition of surplus funds of a candidate and political committee.
