      Provides that, to be labeled, sold, or represented as an organic food, a product shall be produced with only those materials and practices approved under RCW 15.86.060.

      Specifies the appropriate labeling of organic products.

      Requires the director to establish a list of approved substances that may be used in the production, processing, and handling of organic food.

      Establishes mandatory certification and registration requirements for persons to sell organic products.

      Specifies tolerance levels for organic foods.
