HB 2607 - DIGEST

      Prohibits a person from acquiring an interest in agricultural, forest, or mineral lands unless the person is a citizen or a permanent resident alien.

      Restricts business entities from acquiring an interest in such lands unless eighty percent of ownership is held by citizens or permanent resident aliens.

      Creates some exceptions to the restrictions.
