HB 2851 - DIGEST

      Establishes the program in at least three sites, through which individuals may volunteer services and in return earn service credits that may be subsequently exchanged for services for themselves if they become disabled and wish to remain in their communities and homes.

      Prohibits volunteers from performing tasks which require a license to perform.

      Establishes procedures for the pooling of service credits.

      Makes an appropriation of one hundred fifty thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
