      Revises the requirements of the six-year transit development plan under RCW 35.58.2795.

      Requires the transit development and financial program to address types of land use patterns in the service area, how those patterns affect transit services, and how transit service and land use compatibility can be enhanced.

      Revises the annual report requirements of RCW 35.58.2796.

      Revises the public transportation benefit area authority requirement for a transit development plan under RCW 36.57A.070.

      Repeals RCW 36.57A.060.
