SB 5271 - DIGEST

      Provides the required conditions for the exemption from any legal obligation to pay all or a portion of the amount of excess and regular real property taxes.

      Provides that the act shall take effect if the proposed amendment to Article VII of the state Constitution is approved by the voters in November 1991.
