      Specifies hours of labor for minors under age sixteen.

      Designates employments which are prohibited for all minors.

      Requires an employer to obtain and keep on file information designated by the act.

      Authorizes an employer to apply to the department for an order for a wage, hour, or condition of employment variance.

      Establishes a joint select committee on nonagricultural child labor.

      Repeals RCW 49.12.105.
