     On page 2, line 8 after "state" insert "in conjunction with other resources available to potential employers. The clearinghouse is only an additional resource for identifying women candidates for athletic leadership positions.  Selection of a candidate remains in the sole discretion of the employer.  The selection may be made from any of the resources available to the employer"

EFFECT:  Employers are not required to select a clearinghouse candidate.
