    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Removes the requirement an applicant complete safety training, receive a satisfactory test score, or produce evidence of equivalent experience with a firearm, prior to qualifying for a concealed pistol license.
