     On page 5, line 14, after "This" strike "section" and insert "subsection"

     On page 7, line 25, after "This" strike "section" and insert "subsection"

     On page 10, line 14, after "of" strike "the actual reading" and insert "receipt of payment"

EFFECT:  Corrects an earlier amendment which is intended to apply only to its subsection rather than its whole section.  The last one corrects an error.
