     On page 51, after line 2, insert:

     "(7) $85,000 of the general fund-state appropriation is provided solely to implement the remote site incubator project, described in Substitute House Bill 1612."

EFFECT:  Provides that $85,000 of the GF-S appropriation to the Department of Fisheries be used to implement the remote site incubator project.
