     On page 54, line 4, strike "$20,925,000" and insert "$21,229,000"

     On page 54, after line 20, insert:

     "(5) $675,000 of the general fund-state appropriation is provided solely for the state noxious weed control program."

EFFECT:  Adds $304,000 GF-S to the Department of Agriculture for the noxious weed control program.
