     On page 58, line 33, after "programs."  insert "Of this amount, $40,000 is provided for development and implementation of a statewide youth suicide prevention program."

EFFECT:  $40,000 from the general fund in the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction is provisoed for development of a statewide youth suicide prevention program.  The total appropriation is not changed.
