     On page 135, after line 24 of the amendment, insert:

     "General Fund-State:

For transfer to the unemployment compensation fund: . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .   21,400,000"

     On page 135, line 26 of the amendment strike "118,200,000" and insert "139,600,000"

EFFECT:  Transfers $21,400,000 from the GF-S to the Unemployment Compensation Fund.
