    On page 5, line 3 of the striking amendment, after "57,448,000" insert "$400,000 of the Highway Safety Fund - Motorcycle Safety Education Account appropriation in this section is provided solely to enhance the motorcycle testing program.,  If Senate Bill 5101 is not enacted during the 1993 legislative session, the appropriation in this section is null and void."
