Requiring yielding right of way to buses.

          AN ACT Relating to right of way for transit vehicles; and adding a new section to chapter 46.61 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 46.61 RCW to read as follows:

          The driver of a vehicle shall yield the right of way to a transit vehicle attempting to reenter the flow of traffic.
