AN ACT Relating to payment of fees for hazardous waste incineration facilities; and adding a new section to chapter 70.105 RCW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 70.105 RCW to read as follows:
A county legislative authority may assess a fee on each ton of hazardous waste destined for incineration at a hazardous waste disposal facility that is located in the county and is licensed by the department under this chapter.
