Coordinating county and utility companies' pest and vegetation management.

          AN ACT Relating to coordinating county and utility companies' pest and vegetation management policies on county easements; and adding a new section to chapter 80.04 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 80.04 RCW to read as follows:

          If a county has instituted a pest and vegetation management policy for its agencies, a utility company shall act in accordance with the policy for the company's construction and maintenance practices on the county's easements.
