Eliminating provisions requiring public entities to purchase fuel mined or produced in Washington state.

    AN ACT Relating to repealing provisions requiring public entities to purchase fuels mined or produced in Washington state; and repealing RCW 39.24.020, 39.24.030, and 39.24.040.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  The following acts or parts of acts are each repealed:

(1) RCW 39.24.020 and 1937 c 164 s 1 & 1933 c 179 s 1;

(2) RCW 39.24.030 and 1933 c 179 s 2; and

(3) RCW 39.24.040 and 1933 c 179 s 3.
