Eliminating references to reclassified reforestation lands.

    AN ACT Relating to reclassified reforestation lands; and repealing RCW 84.33.055, 84.33.056, 84.33.057, 84.33.058, 84.33.059, 84.33.061, 84.33.062, 84.33.063, 84.33.064, 84.33.065, 84.33.066, 84.33.067, and 84.33.160.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  The following acts or parts of acts are each repealed:

(1) RCW 84.33.055 and 1984 c 204 s 32;

(2) RCW 84.33.056 and 1984 c 204 s 33;

(3) RCW 84.33.057 and 1984 c 204 s 34;

(4) RCW 84.33.058 and 1984 c 204 s 35;

(5) RCW 84.33.059 and 1984 c 204 s 36;

(6) RCW 84.33.061 and 1984 c 204 s 37;

(7) RCW 84.33.062 and 1984 c 204 s 38;

(8) RCW 84.33.063 and 1984 c 204 s 39;

(9) RCW 84.33.064 and 1984 c 204 s 40;

(10) RCW 84.33.065 and 1984 c 204 s 41;

(11) RCW 84.33.066 and 1984 c 204 s 42;

(12) RCW 84.33.067 and 1874 c 204 s 43; and

(13) RCW 84.33.160 and 1990 c 33 s 600, 1983 c 3 s 225, & 1971 ex.s. c 294 s 16.
