Requiring intrastate log shippers to pay fees no more than log exporters.

    AN ACT Relating to log shipments; and adding a new section to chapter 81.80 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 81.80 RCW to read as follows:

    A common carrier or contract carrier shipping logs within the state shall pay fees no more than a common carrier or contract carrier exporting logs out of the state.
