Establishing boundaries for library districts for tax purposes.

          AN ACT Relating to library districts; and adding a new section to chapter 27.12 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 27.12 RCW to read as follows:

          The boundaries of any library district created pursuant to this chapter, for purposes of property taxation and the levy of property taxes, shall be established as provided in RCW 84.09.030.
