     Declares that the maximum daily wet weight harvest of seaweed for personal use is ten pounds per person.

     Authorizes the establishment of seaweed harvest limits of less than ten pounds for conservation purposes and makes a violation of the limit a misdemeanor offense.

     Provides that the act does not apply to commercial harvest.
