(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Declares an intent to standardize licensing criteria, clarify licensing requirements, reduce complexity, and remove inequities in commercial fishing licensing.

     Repeals RCW 75.28.012, 75.28.035, 75.28.060, 75.28.140, and 75.28.255.

     Takes effect January 1, 1994.
