     Requires the inspection of bungee jumping equipment prior to operation and after alteration or movement to another location.

     Requires the maintenance of minimum insurance coverage.

     Authorizes the charge of a fee for the issuance of permits to operate the bungee jumping device.

     Requires permission by public or private owners of bridges, land, or water before bungee jumping is allowed.
