SB 5166 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS PASSED LEGISLATURE)

     Authorizes the issuance of refunding bonds to redeem all toll bridge authority, ferry, and Hood Canal bridge revenue bonds.

     Creates the marine operating fund.

     Makes an appropriation of one hundred thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
