(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Requires the establishment, by June 30, 1993, of a centralized poison and drug information service to provide twenty-four hour emergency telephone management.

     Repeals RCW 18.76.040.

     Provides that the act shall be null and void if appropriations are not approved.
