SB 5337 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

     Provides that a person acting as an aircraft dealer without a currently issued aircraft dealer's license is guilty of a misdemeanor.

     Increases penalties for subsequent violations and authorizes revocation of the license by a court.

     Requires registration of aircraft workers in the state and authorizes a fee not to exceed ten dollars.

     Exempts aircraft in an unairworthy condition that is not operated and has received a written exemption from payment of a registration fee.
