     Provides for a diagnostic investigation and evaluation when a court so orders.

     Requires the development of a treatment plan to be filed with the court and signed by the affected person.

     Requires periodic reports on the progress of the plan for treatment.

     Authorizes a police office investigating a child abuse case to seek a temporary restraining order to restrict visitation rights.
