SB 5557-S - DIGEST

     Provides for an alcohol server permit to be known as a class 12 permit.

     Exempts individuals at domestic wineries who have a class C license.

     Directs the liquor control board to regulate a required alcohol server education program.

     Requires completion of the program before issuance of the permit.

     Prohibits employment as an alcohol server without a permit.

     Establishes penalties for violations of the act.
