(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Requires the enforcement of manufactured housing safety and construction standards under the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974.

     Prescribes penalties for violation of the provisions.

     Authorizes the charge of a fee for publications issued by the department of community development.
