SB 5703 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Requires the department to provide oversight and management of a state-wide comprehensive labor market and occupational supply and demand information system, including the development of a five-year employment forecast for state and local labor market areas.

     Authorizes recovery of the costs of conducting the required analysis and report.

     Repeals RCW 50.12.260.

     Makes an appropriation of one hundred thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
