SB 5825 - DIGEST

     Revises provisions of chapter 15.90 RCW regulating wild mushroom sales.

     Establishes new penalties for violations of the act.

     Revises license fee requirements for buyers and dealers and establishes a special assessment for all species of wild mushrooms harvested or bought in the state.

     Creates the mushroom inspection account.

     Authorizes the inspection of vehicles carrying wild mushrooms and authorizes actions to enjoin a violation of the act.

     Authorizes revocation or suspension of the license for specified violations.

     Repeals RCW 15.90.900.
