     Designates prohibited actions which a licensed mortgage broker or loan originator may not engage in.

     Establishes licensing procedures and requirements.

     Authorizes civil actions for persons injured by violations of the act.

     Creates the mortgage brokers' licensing account.

     Creates a mortgage brokerage commission.
